Do have something you love that for whatever reason has escaped you?

Well, I do. Writing is one of my absolute loves! Recently, I’ve embraced the opportunity to write more and I’m loving it again! How’d I do it? I’m a regular contributor to the Woman 2 Woman Business Magazine. It’s truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’m having lots of fun!!
I learned about Woman 2 Woman via a message on Facebook® saying hi and asking me to share the magazine with other women. I read the message, visited the website and responded with my own personal message to my new Facebook friend. She referred me to the publisher about the opportunity to write for them. The publisher took time to review my writing at Wendy Y Writes and she immediately liked my style of writing. At the time the magazine was quarterly and I jumped in with both feet. In November, Janet asked me along with three other savvy women to write a regular column for the magazine. Things went up a notch in January when the magazine became a MONTHLY publication. What an awesome surprise!
I was ready for the challenge and thrilled to write regularly for the magazine. It’s been a great way to keep my writing vibrant and fresh. Writing is an exercise that’s creative and awakens so many things in my spirit as I pen words to paper (or in my case, to the computer.)
I am really tickled pink to be a part of the Woman 2 Woman team of writers. Working with this wonderful team has renewed my love for writing — a love I won’t let go of any time soon.
Let me introduce you to the three savvy women I mentioned earlier:
MaryPat Kavanagh is the Queen of Connections. MaryPat is a marketing strategist with extensive experience in marketing, small business and social media. I personally know MaryPat and love chatting whenever our schedules allow. Listen to my radio interview with MaryPat Kavanagh.
Kate Sanner is founder and CEO of Vivacity Now and a woman on a mission. Kate encourages women on the verge of creating greatness in their lives to jump into life and realize their dreams. I’m just getting to know Kate as a Twitter buddy. I like her already!!
Melissa Galt is a woman who means business! I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa one on one and she’s a real dynamo. She knows what she wants and goes for it. Now, that’s way kewl!
These are amazing women. I’m honored to be in the company of such greatness especially because the whole experience has reignited my passion for writing. WOOHOO!
What are you most excited about this year? How has that excitement reactivated one of your long lost loves?
